McNabb, Robinson, Lindsey, Thomas, Layton, Daniel claim wins at Route 66 Motor Speedway

AMARILLO, Texas (Sept. 6, 2025)—On Saturday night, Route 66 Motor Speedway hosted six classes with different drivers taking home feature wins.

In the Graybee Diesel & Performance USRA Modifieds, Sammy McNabb of Amarillo earned the victory. Stormy Scott of Las Cruces, NM, finished second, followed by Leland Cruz of Amarillo, in third. Jonathan Powers of Iowa Park, and Braden Howell of Amarillo, rounded out the top five.

Dustin Robinson of Post, won the Shipley Motor Sports USRA Limited Mods feature. Jeffrey Kaup of Woodward, OK, finished second, with Langston Fetty of Davis, OK, taking third. Callan Hill of Lawton, OK, and Jason Hilliard of Cache, OK, completed the top five.

The 1-800 Radiator USRA Tuner feature was won by Austin Lindsey of Canyon. Teddy Lindsey of Canyon, and Michael Reyes of Shamrock, finished second and third, respectively. Ramon Tobar of Amarillo, and Blake Andrus of Sweetwater, completed the top five.

In the ERAC 305 Sprints, Conner Thomas of Post, took the checkered flag. Chris Douglas of Amarillo, finished second, followed by Chance Cody of Yukon, OK, in third. Trevin Graves of Lubbock, and Zayden Vasquez of Amarillo, rounded out the top five.

Robert Layton of Amarillo, secured the win in the Air Compressor Solutions Street Stock feature. Nathan Dodson of Amarillo, finished second, and Michael Johnson of Amarillo, placed third. Jimmy Johnson of Amarillo, and Brock Dockins of Amarillo, rounded out the top five.

Finally, in the Gene Messer Ford Limited Late Models, Chris Daniel of Amarillo, was the winner. Stan Sanders of Amarillo, finished second, with Kenton Sanders of Amarillo, in third. Halston Shipman of Amarillo, and Evan Mcnatt of Amarillo, completed the top five.

Up next is the USRA American Racer Modified Series presented by Day Motor Sports on Friday and Saturday, Oct. 10-11. Shipley Motor Sports USRA Limited Mods and 1-800-RADIATOR USRA Tuners will also be in action along with the Air Compressor Solutions Street Stocks.
